The festival of work culture in Reggio Emilia
Nobìlita is the festival of work culture promoted by the FiordiRisorse association and the SenzaFiltro publication. After having touched several Italian cities, the event has found its home in Reggio Emilia: a city in Emilia-Romagna that makes industrial, cooperative, and innovation culture an identity trait. Nobìlita is not a recruiting fair nor a corporate conference: it is a public space where work is told, questioned, and rethought, mixing training, cultural reflection, books, and well-being.
The 2026 edition is divided into two distinct moments. The first is Nobìlita Lab, scheduled for June 9 and 10, 2026 at Reggiane Parco Innovazione: the festival of training and skills, where the wordplay emphasizes the idea of growing together rather than alone. The second event, in September, is the traditional cultural festival, with a central stage animated by speakers, interviews, and monologues, debates on books about work, and events spread throughout the urban fabric.
The heart of Nobìlita Lab is the "all you can learn" formula: with a single ticket, participants can create their own path by freely choosing from about forty events distributed across six thematic tracks. Over thirty trainers, lecturers, and speakers animate classrooms and workshops from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, in a decidedly unconventional style. Sessions are repeated on both days to reduce overlaps and allow everyone to follow the maximum amount of content.
Among the topics at the center of the 2026 edition are artificial intelligence, addressed with critical thinking but without prejudice, communication and writing, organizations and work in complexity, personal growth and public speaking, journalism, well-being, and body awareness, and of course books. The offering is designed for a diverse audience: workers from all sectors, university students, and anyone curious about the changing world of work.
The two June days take place at Reggiane Parco Innovazione, in Piazzale Europa, in the area of the former Reggiane Workshops: one of the most representative places of Reggio Emilia's industrial history, today reconverted into a hub for research, training, and innovative companies. The choice of venue is not accidental, but tells the festival's common thread, from the 20th-century factory to the knowledge economy. The event is accredited by the Order of Journalists of Emilia-Romagna for continuing professional training.
Nobìlita Lab 2026 takes place on June 9 and 10 at Reggiane Parco Innovazione in Reggio Emilia, the first part of the 2026 edition of the festival, which will continue in September with the cultural review and the central stage.
With the "all you can learn" formula, each participant creates their own path by choosing from about forty events distributed across six thematic tracks. Classrooms are active from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with sessions repeated on both days to limit overlaps.
Over thirty trainers and lecturers animate about forty events including workshops, lectures, book presentations, networking, business dialogues, literary aperitifs, and world cafés on sustainability. Classrooms are active from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM on both days, with the "all you can learn" formula.
Among the notable events is the master lecture by philosopher Andrea Zhok, a lecturer at the University of Milan, dedicated to the theme of cancel culture and nihilism. Book presentations and literary aperitifs are curated by SenzaFiltro.
The complete and updated program is published on the official website www.nobilitafestival.com.
Reggiane Parco Innovazione is located at Piazzale Europa 1, in Reggio Emilia, in the area of the former Reggiane Workshops north of the historic station. The Reggio Emilia AV Mediopadana station (high-speed) and the historic city center station are both well-connected; from the historic station, the area is reachable on foot or by public transport.
The Nobìlita Lab on June 9 and 10 requires a ticket: 60 euros for both days, 50 euros for a single day. Free admission for Unimore students and accredited journalists. Some side events, such as literary aperitifs and world cafés, are free to attend. Tickets can be purchased online through the official website and the Eventbrite platform.
