Summer Tuesday evenings of readings, cinema, music, and theatre in the heart of Campogalliano
Martedì in Centro is the review that, every summer, transforms Campogalliano into a widespread stage. Promoted by the Municipality of Campogalliano with the support of the Fondazione di Modena, the initiative brings a series of weekly events to the town's squares and green areas, blending culture, live entertainment, outdoor cinema, and music. Every Tuesday evening, from June 9 to July 28, 2026, the historic centre fills with voices, sounds, and images, offering residents and visitors opportunities for meeting and socialising.
The review is itinerant among the most picturesque spots in the town. The Parco delle Montagnole, Campogalliano's green lung, hosts children's readings and open-air film screenings. Musical evenings and talks take place in the town's squares: Piazza della Bilancia, Piazza Castello, and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II become stages for concerts, dialect theatre performances, and book presentations. This distribution enhances the entire urban fabric of the Municipality, in the province of Modena, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna.
The Martedì in Centro calendar is designed to entertain diverse audiences. It ranges from storytelling for families to animated film screenings, from dialect comedy to rock, funk, and soul concerts, to meetings with authors and presentations of historical and archaeological research on the Campogalliano area. The review concludes in conjunction with the Fiera (Fair), offering a festive finale that unites the entire community.
All Martedì in Centro events are free and open to the public, promoting accessible and shared culture. It's the ideal opportunity to discover Campogalliano on summer evenings, amidst the greenery of the park and the atmosphere of the historic squares.
The 2026 edition of Martedì in Centro offers eight summer evenings that liven up the historic centre and Parco delle Montagnole in Campogalliano, province of Modena. The schedule alternates proposals for families, open-air cinema, live music, and cultural events, all with free admission, until the closing coinciding with the Fair.
