MVSA 75: The Museum Turns 75

MVSA 75 is the week of celebrations with which Sondrio marks the 75th anniversary of its Valtellinese Museum of History and Art, housed in the prestigious Palazzo Sassi de' Lavizzari. From May 20 to 24, 2026, the museum of the Valtellina capital offers an intense program of conferences, concerts, exhibitions, and special openings to retrace three-quarters of a century of history and culture.

A Distributed Program

The week opens on May 20 with a conference dedicated to the Bagatti Valsecchi Museum and the inauguration of Vittoria Personeni Quadrio's exhibition. On May 23, a concert by the Civica Scuola di Musica is scheduled, while on May 24, on the occasion of International Museum Day, the museum offers free family activities.
