Musicastelle Outdoor is the festival promoted by the Aosta Valley Regional Tourism Office that offers concerts by Italian artists in beautiful natural locations, reachable on foot with short hikes. After the summer dates, the festival continues in autumn with Musicastelle Foliage, designed to accompany the music with the colors of the Aosta Valley forests.

In Antey-Saint-André, in the province of Aosta, the concert is held at Lago di Lod, a body of water nestled in the mountains above the village, in Valtournenche. To reach the location, the public undertakes a walk of about an hour, an integral part of the experience: the concert rewards those who choose to ascend on foot, immersing themselves in the autumn woods.

Like all Musicastelle events, the Antey-Saint-André date is free admission by reservation. Priority is given to those who book a stay in the festival locations; remaining places are distributed via Eventbrite. A formula that combines music, sustainable tourism, and local area enhancement.
