Music that meets the mountain
Musicastelle Outdoor is the festival promoted by the Valle d'Aosta Regional Tourism Office that offers concerts by Italian artists in beautiful natural locations, reachable by foot with short hikes. After the summer dates, the festival continues in autumn with Musicastelle Foliage, designed to accompany the music with the colours of the Aosta Valley forests.
The appointment at Lago di Lod
In Antey-Saint-André, in the province of Aosta, the concert is held at Lago di Lod, a body of water nestled in the mountains above the village, in Valtournenche. To reach the location, the audience undertakes a walk of about an hour, an integral part of the experience: the concert rewards those who choose to ascend on foot, immersing themselves in the autumn woods.
A free and nature-respecting experience
Like all Musicastelle events, the date in Antey-Saint-André is also free entry by reservation. Priority is given to those who book a stay in the festival locations; remaining places are distributed via Eventbrite. A formula that combines music, sustainable tourism, and local area enhancement.

The 2026 edition of Musicastelle Foliage brings songwriter music to Lago di Lod in Antey-Saint-André on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM. How to get there
Antey-Saint-André is located along the SR46 of Valtournenche. Lago di Lod can be reached on foot with a walk of about an hour from the starting point indicated by the organizers. Hiking clothing and footwear recommended.
