On June 21st, the day of the summer solstice, the Music Festival is celebrated across Europe: a day when streets, squares, and social clubs fill with music from professionals and amateurs alike, all united by the same passion. Cerreto Guidi, a small town in the Province of Florence overlooking the Padule di Fucecchio, also participates in this widespread celebration, bringing live music to the heart of the Lazzeretto district.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, June 21, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM, at the Circolo Arci "Pietro Tozzini", located at Via Vittorio Veneto 8 in Lazzeretto. This convivial venue, deeply rooted in village life, transforms into an open-air stage for the evening. Admission is completely free, and everyone is invited: families, young people, music lovers, and curious passersby.

The festival is organized by the Associazione Muzika APS, a musical organization active in the Empolese-Valdelsa area with the motto: "Where words fail... Music speaks." The association, which operates between Cerreto Guidi, Empoli, Montelupo Fiorentino, Santa Croce sull'Arno, and San Miniato and boasts a partnership with the Mascagni Conservatory of Livorno, offers an evening of live concerts and performances spanning various genres, showcasing both students and local musicians.
