The mountain comes down to the city
Montagna in Città is the market exhibition that every autumn brings agricultural products and traditions from the mountains to the centre of Schio, in the Alto Vicentino area of the province of Vicenza. The event is promoted by the Unione Montana Pasubio Piccole Dolomiti with the contribution of the Municipality of Schio and the collaboration of Coldiretti, Agritour and Confcommercio.
A showcase of the territory
For a few days, the heart of the city is transformed into a large showcase of rural culture: the farmers' market with local producers, tastings, evening themed meetings, excursions and moments dedicated to the flavours and excellence of the Vicenza Prealps.

Set up between Piazza Falcone Borsellino and Largo Fusinelle, Montagna in Città brings together dozens of exhibitors and numerous associations, in a weekend dedicated to the enhancement of products and communities of the Vicenza mountains.
Montagna in Città — edition 2026
Montagna in Città 2026, in its 35th edition, returns to the centre of Schio to bring mountain products and traditions to the city. Farmers' market with local producers, tastings of typical products, excursions and themed evening meetings will animate the event, promoted by the Unione Montana Pasubio Piccole Dolomiti with the Municipality of Schio, Coldiretti and Confcommercio. Free admission. The precise dates for October 2026 will be announced by the organisers.
