Two days of engines, drifting, and beer in Bora di Mercato Saraceno
The Memorial Silver Muratori – Festival of Engines and Beer Fest takes place in the industrial area of Bora, a hamlet of the Municipality of Mercato Saraceno, in the heart of the Savio Valley, in the province of Forlì-Cesena (Emilia-Romagna). The area of Via Leonardo Da Vinci, at the Borello Sud junction, transforms for a weekend into a large open-air circuit dedicated to two and four wheels.
The event stems from the legacy of the Festival of Engines, whose debut in 2025 attracted thousands of people, and is then named after Silver Muratori, a figure linked to the Ruotando association and the event's planning, who passed away shortly before the first edition. Hence the name chosen by the organizers, the Associazione Amici di Silver (Friends of Silver Association), which carries on the event together with the Ruotando staff.
The heart of the event is the dynamic part, with breathtaking shows that follow one another over the two days:
Alongside the engines, the event also hosts the Beer Fest, the beer festival that starts on Saturday evening around 7 PM and accompanies the public until late at night, with food stalls and a convivial atmosphere. Romagnola piadina and local typical products complete the offering.
Admission is free, with voluntary donations: the spirit of the initiative is indeed deeply charitable. The proceeds from the editions have been donated to local organizations such as the Misericordia della Valle del Savio (Savio Valley Mercy) and the Parents of Down Syndrome Children association, which participated in the motorcycle and car therapy activities. A formula that combines passion for engines, fun for families, and charity, making the Memorial Silver Muratori a heartfelt event for the entire community of Mercato Saraceno.
The 2026 edition took place on Saturday, May 9, and Sunday, May 10, in the industrial area of Via Leonardo Da Vinci, at the Borello Sud junction of Bora, a hamlet of Mercato Saraceno.
The program featured the dynamic part with drifting of cars and trucks, motorcycle exhibitions, rally show, and taxi drift, as well as Ape and proto karts, acceleration tests, and moments of car and motorcycle therapy. There was also space for the static gathering of cars, trucks, and motorcycles. The Beer Fest animated Saturday evening starting from 7 PM until late at night.
Admission was free with voluntary donations, destined for the Misericordia della Valle del Savio, confirming the charitable spirit of an event organized by the Associazione Amici di Silver with the Ruotando staff.
