A rally in the spirit of remembrance

The Memorial Day - The Great Roar of Two Wheels is the event through which the Moto Club Confraternita Vercelli celebrates the deep bond that unites the motorcycling community. In the heart of the town of Pezzana, in the Vercelli province of the Piedmont rice fields, the event transforms Piazza Malvera and the local community hall into a meeting place where the passion for two wheels intertwines with the memory of those who are no longer with us.

The moment of the heart

The central theme of the day is the commemoration of fallen riders. The most poignant moment is what the organizers call "the moment of the heart": a minute of pure noise, the roar of engines rising in unison for those who, as bikers say, are now riding the clouds. Participants are invited to bring photographs of their departed road brothers, which are gathered in a dedicated corner, amidst the motorcycles and the warmth of the community.

Program of the day

The event kicks off in the morning with the welcome and registration of participants. The day continues with moments of reflection and opportunities for conviviality:

• Welcome and opening of the event with a breakfast;
• Commemorative moment with a minute of silence and engine roaring dedicated to fallen riders;
• Memory corner with photos of departed bikers;
• Village area with stands and exhibitors from the world of two wheels;
• Communal lunch by reservation, a moment of celebration and sharing.

Open to all two-wheelers

Memorial Day welcomes every type of two-wheeled vehicle: from custom and cruiser bikes to sports and naked bikes, from scooters and maxi-scooters to vintage and cafe racers. It is an opportunity to bring together different generations and styles under a single banner, that of a community that recognizes itself as a true family, upholding the values dear to the club: team spirit, respect, and road safety.

The Moto Club Confraternita Vercelli

The event is organized by the Moto Club Confraternita Vercelli, a very active group in the Piedmont region, also known for the Spring Motobenedizione (Motorcycle Blessing), which gathers hundreds of riders in Pezzana every year. The club bases its identity on the union of road safety, camaraderie, and attention to the memory of those who shared the same passion, with the logistical support of the Municipality of Pezzana.
