The patronal feast of Piossasco: a blend of faith, music, and tradition
The Madonna del Carmine Patronal Feast is the most anticipated summer event in Piossasco, a town in the Metropolitan City of Turin, Piedmont, nestled at the foot of Mount San Giorgio. Every year, starting from the second Sunday of July, the historic center comes alive for about two weeks of celebrations that combine religious devotion with popular conviviality, engaging residents of all ages.
The spiritual heart of the festival is the solemn procession in honor of the Madonna del Monte Carmelo, which winds through the town streets starting from the Church of the Holy Apostles (Chiesa dei Santi Apostoli) on Via Pinerolo. Liturgical celebrations and communal prayer moments alternate with initiatives organized by the Pro Loco Piossasco, which has always managed the secular program of the event.
During the festival, the squares of Piossasco become the stage for numerous events:

A perfect opportunity to discover this corner of the Turin province and experience one of the most cherished local patronal traditions.
