About LudiKastello

For a weekend, Città di Castello becomes the capital of games with LudiKastello, the gaming festival hosted in the halls of the Carducci Municipal Library. Board games, role-playing games, miniatures, collectible cards, robotics, and retro games: a vast program and free admission, designed by the Peter Pan Gaming Association, with an immense game library, continuous demonstration sessions, and creative workshops for adults and children.

Città di Castello, capital of games

LudiKastello is the gaming festival of Città di Castello (province of Perugia), conceived and curated by the Peter Pan Gaming Association. Founded in 2014, it has become a reference event for enthusiasts and families from all over Umbria, who for a weekend transform the halls of the "G. Carducci" Municipal Library into a large, widespread playground.

Games in every form

The event is entirely dedicated to games: board games with an immense game library and continuous demonstration sessions curated by Peter Pan volunteers, role-playing games with dozens of sessions, miniature games, collectible cards, as well as robotics and retro games. Rounding out the event are creative workshops and artistic initiatives designed especially for younger audiences.

A different theme each year

Each edition revolves around a central theme that serves as a common thread for the activities: the 2026 edition is dedicated to "Dragon Stories". Drawing contests, treasure hunts in the historic center, and themed workshops enrich the weekend, all strictly free admission.

LudiKastello — edition 2026

The 12th edition of LudiKastello, themed "Dragon Stories," was held on April 18 and 19, 2026, in the halls of the Carducci Library in Città di Castello. Two entirely free days dedicated to board games, role-playing games, miniatures, and collectible cards, featuring a game library, demonstration sessions, workshops, and robotics.

The 12th edition of LudiKastello took place on April 18 and 19, 2026, in the prestigious halls of the "G. Carducci" Municipal Library in Città di Castello, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The main theme, "Dragon Stories", served as the common thread for all the weekend's activities. The free admission formula was confirmed, with a game library curated by volunteers from the Peter Pan Gaming Association, role-playing game sessions, tournaments, miniatures, collectible cards, robotics, retro games, and creative workshops especially for younger audiences.
