A high-altitude concert in the Lagorai mountains

Lagorai d'InCanto is one of the most original music festivals in Trentino: acoustic concerts held directly in the mountains, in the most striking locations of the Lagorai Chain and the Cima d'Asta Group, in the heart of Valsugana. The Castello Tesino stop, located in the municipality of the same name in the province of Trento (Trentino-Alto Adige), is held at high altitude at Passo Brocon, within the Ski Lagorai area, where alpine meadows, vast panoramas, and the silence of the peaks become an integral part of the show.

The 2026 edition: Niccolò Fabi at Passo Brocon

In 2026, the festival returns with three exceptional events. The Castello Tesino stage is scheduled for Saturday, July 11th and features Niccolò Fabi, one of the most beloved and refined voices of Italian songwriting. The concert takes place at noon (moved to 11:00 AM in case of uncertain weather) in a natural amphitheater nestled in the nature of Passo Brocon.

How to reach the stage

The natural stage can be reached on foot with a hike of about 45-50 minutes (an elevation gain of about 200 meters) starting from the Passo Brocon parking lots in the Marande area, near Chalet Heidi. The trail follows the Matusa slope and the forest road towards Malga Val Fontane, with signage dedicated to the event. In case of bad weather, the concert will be moved to the Cinema Teatro of Castello Tesino (Via Venezia 18) in the afternoon.

A festival born in 2017

Lagorai d'InCanto was born in 2017 from an idea of the Municipality of Castel Ivano, with the goal of fostering dialogue between artists, municipal administrations, cultural institutions, associations, and local businesses. Over the years, the festival has become a staple of the Valsugana summer, capable of combining great music, the enhancement of the alpine landscape, and the historical memory of these places, which were also marked by the events of the First World War.

All events have free admission and take place outdoors, at high altitude, in a unique environmental setting where music naturally blends with the landscape.
