The Imer Street Food Festival is a summer highlight dedicated to street food, enlivening the Giare area in Imèr, a charming village in the Primiero Valley, Trentino-Alto Adige. For four days, a colorful caravan of food trucks takes over the event space, offering specialties from every corner of Italy and beyond, all in a festive, convivial atmosphere set against the Dolomite peaks.

The festival celebrates food trucks and mobile kitchens serving the very best of street food: traditional dishes, international street cuisine, and options to suit every palate. A key attraction is the local craft beer, which perfectly complements the tastings and enhances the lively atmosphere. Beyond the culinary offerings, each evening features live music and DJ sets starting at 9:00 PM, with concerts and entertainment turning the Giare area into a true hub of fun. An event in the heart of the Primiero Dolomites

Set in the breathtaking Primiero Valley, at the foot of the Pale di San Martino, the festival is organized by Imèr Eventi with the support of the San Martino di Castrozza, Passo Rolle, Primiero and Vanoi Tourist Board. It is the perfect opportunity to combine a hiking holiday in the Trentino mountains with an evening dedicated to taste, beer, and great music.
