De.Co. Gnocchi and Monte Faldo Potato
The festival revolves around Selva De.Co. gnocchi (Communal Designation), prepared with Monte Faldo De.Co. potato, grown on the heights of the area. The gnocchi are cooked and tossed in a pan, dish by dish, and offered with a choice of ten different sauces: from ragù to butter and sage, up to more refined variations that change from year to year.
Two Weekends of Celebration
The event takes place over two weekends, between late August and September, with food stalls, market exhibitions, live music, and entertainment. The organization is entrusted to the parish of Selva di Trissino, which makes this festival a moment of aggregation for the entire community.
