The coolest dance event of the summer in Bagnoregio, in the heart of the Viterbo Tuscia region
The FrankieGo Summer Fest is the musical event that brings the summer nights of Bagnoregio to life. Located in the province of Viterbo, Lazio, this small town is world-famous for the nearby Civita di Bagnoregio, known as "the dying city." Born from the enthusiasm of a group of young people who formed the Frankie GO Cultural Association, the event has grown with every edition to become the most anticipated dance gathering in the Viterbo Tuscia region, attracting crowds from across the territory.
For several nights, the village squares turn into an open-air dance floor: DJ sets, dance and electronic music, live vocals, entertainment, and light shows keep the crowd dancing until late at night. The FrankieGo formula blends the carefree spirit of a local village fair with the high-energy vibe of major club events, creating an atmosphere that is youth-oriented yet welcoming to all ages. Each edition features resident DJs alongside prominent national and international guests: over the years, famous names from the dance music scene and Italian radio have graced Bagnoregio.
With more than ten editions under its belt, FrankieGo has become a small institution of the Bagnoregio summer. Following a forced hiatus due to the pandemic, the festival returned with renewed energy, bringing international-caliber guests to the stage and strengthening its bond with the local community. The organization, handled entirely by volunteers from the Frankie GO Cultural Association, maintains the event's original spirit: a moment of connection, fun, and social gathering for the local youth.
Attending the FrankieGo is also the perfect opportunity to discover Bagnoregio and its most famous district, Civita, which sits perched on a tuff spur and is accessible only on foot via a long pedestrian bridge. The town, nestled among the badlands of the Valle dei Calanchi, offers unique vistas and a historical and landscape heritage that attracts visitors from all over Italy and abroad every year. In the evening, after sunset over the "dying city," the party moves to the town squares to make room for the music.
The FrankieGo Summer Fest is part of the lively summer calendar of Bagnoregio, "your summer starts here!," which accompanies residents and tourists throughout the season with events, food festivals, and shows. For dance music lovers, it is an unmissable stop for summer nights in the province of Viterbo, where you can dance under the stars in the heart of Tuscia.
In the summer of 2026, the FrankieGo Summer Fest once again brings Bagnoregio, in the province of Viterbo, to life with its nights dedicated to dance music. The main evenings are scheduled from July 28 to 30, 2026, with an additional appointment announced for August 22 and 23. As per tradition, the Frankie GO Cultural Association offers DJ sets, vocals, and guests in the squares of the Lazio village. The details of the line-up are communicated on the festival's official channels in the weeks leading up to the event.

The evenings are held in the historic center of Bagnoregio, in the province of Viterbo; recent editions have taken place in the town's squares, including Piazza Alberto Ricci. For the updated location of each evening, it is recommended to check the festival's social media channels.
Some evenings and headlining acts require an entrance fee, with tickets available for purchase online; rates and presale information are announced by the organizers on their official channels.
