The Brazilian Carnival at Forum Palermo

During the Carnival season, the Forum Palermo shopping centre in Palermo gets into the festive spirit with a programme of entertainment designed entirely for families. This Brazilian-themed edition brings the energy and vibrant colours of the Rio Carnival to the centre's galleries: flashy sets, masks, music, and plenty of cheer turn the Fashion Square (UCI entrance) into a large indoor stage.

Workshops and children's activities

The heart of the event lies in the free activities aimed at the little ones. In the "Todos in maschera" (Everyone in masks) area, children can craft and decorate their own Carnival masks, letting their imagination run wild with colours, cut-outs, and creative materials. Next to the workshops is the #Forumão Photo Booth, where you can snap Polaroid-style souvenir photos and take home your portrait along with an original mask.

The final parade

The most awaited moment is the costume parade that closes the festivities: the little protagonists, dressed in theme, walk through the event space showing off their most colourful and imaginative costumes, accompanied by music and the enthusiasm of the crowd. To access the activities, you must download or show the Forum Palermo App, available for free on the Apple Store and Play Store. Within the app, you will also find a link to print and decorate masks from the comfort of your home, so you can arrive at the party ready for the fun.
