The festival on the shores of Segrino
The Fish Festival is the summer celebration of Eupilio, a small municipality in the Larian Triangle in the province of Como, overlooking the small and picturesque Segrino Lake. Organized by the Pro Loco of Eupilio in the Ponte d'Inach area, the event has been attracting visitors from all over the Como and Lecco Brianza for decades.
Two weekends of taste
The festival is spread over two weekends, between the end of June and the beginning of July. The menu features the great classics of lake and sea cuisine: seafood linguine, fried bleak (the small fish typical of the Larian lakes), fried rings, as well as the unmissable ribs and sausages for those who prefer grilled food. The evenings continue with live music and dancing, in an atmosphere of genuine popular celebration.
Not just food
Alongside the gastronomy, the program includes a non-competitive walk around the lake, tournaments, entertainment for children, and dance performances. Over the years, the festival has also provided space for initiatives related to the enhancement of Segrino Lake, one of Lombardy's most prized nature reserves. A celebration that combines good food, nature, and community, in the heart of the Como region.
Fish Festival — edition 2026
The 41st edition of the Eupilio Fish Festival takes place over two weekends, Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, June 26, and Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3, 2026, on the shores of Segrino Lake in Ponte d'Inach.
The menu features seafood linguine, fried bleak, fried rings, ribs, and sausages. The evenings are enlivened by live bands and dancing, while Sundays are dedicated to the non-competitive walk around the lake, tournaments, and entertainment for the little ones.
