The market exhibition dedicated to flowers, gardens, and biodiversity in the heart of Moncalieri
Every spring, Fiorile - Gardens & Flowers Exhibition transforms Moncalieri, a town in the Turin metropolitan area, into a vast open-air garden. Organized by the Giardino Forbito Association with the support of the Municipality of Moncalieri, the event is a key reference point in Piedmont for gardening, botany, and landscape culture enthusiasts. For the 2026 edition, the twelfth, Fiorile moves to a new home: from the historic Rose Garden of the Castle of Moncalieri, it relocates to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, in the heart of the historic center, strengthening its bond with the city and its heritage.
The heart of Fiorile is the market exhibition: along the square, specialized nurserymen, agricultural producers, artisans, and designers showcase flowers, rare plants, artisanal flavors, and Slow Food presidia. Highlights include antique roses from renowned nurseries and offerings from the Slow Food Earth Market. It is the ideal opportunity to discover local excellence, receive advice from industry experts, and take home a carefully selected plant.
Fiorile has always been linked to the rose, the symbolic flower of Moncalieri. The event hosts the prestigious Princess Maria Letizia of Savoy Rose Award and the Golden Rose Award, accolades that celebrate the beauty and care of this flower. Around the rose, practical workshops, conferences, and moments dedicated to biodiversity and historic gardens revolve.
In addition to the market exhibition, Fiorile offers a packed calendar of workshops, meetings, readings, tastings, and musical moments designed for all ages. A novelty of recent editions are the outdoor activities at the Bosco del Re, with a Sport Camp offering Nordic Walking, archery, and immersive nature excursions. Fiorile is a festival that unites greenery, taste, culture, and well-being in a fully ecological and participatory spirit.
The 2026 edition of Fiorile marked an important change: the event left the Rose Garden of the Castle to move to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, in the heart of Moncalieri's historic center. For two days, the square was filled with specialized nurserymen, agricultural producers, artisans, and Slow Food presidia, with the rose as the absolute protagonist and the usual Princess Maria Letizia of Savoy Rose Award. Among the novelties, the Sport Camp at the Bosco del Re with Nordic Walking and archery.
Throughout the weekend: market exhibition of specialized nurserymen, agricultural producers, artisans, and Slow Food presidia, with the Earth Market.
