The fair of the Nativity of Mary in the village of the bagpipe
In Scapoli (province of Isernia), on September 8th, the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary is celebrated, accompanied by the traditional Fiera dell'8 Settembre. It is one of the annual events of the village, linked to the Marian devotion widespread throughout Southern Italy.
