The event takes place over a weekend in July. Friday evening is dedicated to the Beer Festival, a young and convivial moment. On Saturday and Sunday, the stands of the Anchovy Fair come into play, with traditional dishes: fried anchovies, fish ravioli, and pansotti, a symbol of Ligurian inland cuisine.

Every evening, the festival is enlivened by music and dancing, in a cheerful atmosphere that involves the village and visitors from the valley. For 2026, the Festival of San Vittorio with the Anchovy Fair is renewed in Neirone in July, following the tradition of holding it over a weekend. The established format includes the Beer Festival on Friday evening and the Anchovy Fair stands on Saturday and Sunday, featuring Ligurian specialties—fried anchovies, fish ravioli, pansotti—and music every evening.
