The Madonna dei Duluri
The Patronal Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows is the most important event in Uscio, a town in the Tigullio hinterland within the Metropolitan City of Genoa. Affectionately known as the feast of the «Madonna dei Duluri», it has over a hundred years of history and celebrates the community's patron saint in mid-September.
Between Devotion and Popular Festivities
The program intertwines religious moments — with the procession and celebrations in honor of Our Lady of Sorrows — with popular festivities, featuring food stalls and music. The feast involves the entire community and is organized by the «Madonna dei Duluri» Celebration Committee, together with the Municipality of Uscio, the Pro Loco, and the Parish of Sant'Ambrogio.

The feast is recognized among the Authentic Ligurian Events, a mark that highlights events most rooted in the region's tradition. It's an opportunity to discover Uscio, also known for its historic bell and tower clock factory, and to experience the authentic atmosphere of patronal feasts in the Genoese hinterland.
