Located in the Monti Dauni area of the Foggia province in Apulia, this celebration was established in 2013 by the Pro Loco of Lucera. It unites the region's many local festivals and culinary traditions into one grand event, offering visitors an authentic journey through the flavors of Daunia.

The heart of the event is a long food and wine trail winding through the ancient city center: starting at Piazza Tribunali, it continues along Via Zuppetta and Piazza Nocelli, ending at Piazza Duomo, right at the foot of the stunning Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. Along the way, dozens of food stalls offer specialties from the towns of the Monti Dauni and the province of Foggia.

Signature dishes always include Lucera's acquasale, scagliozzi, cavatelli, and local cheeses and cured meats like the prosciutto di Faeto, paired with regional wines and oils, such as the local Lucera olive oil. Each stall represents a different festival and town, creating a vibrant showcase of Daunia's gastronomic excellence.
