Saint Anne in Félinaz
The Festa di Sant'Anna is the festival of the Félinaz (Plan Félinaz) hamlet of Charvensod, a municipality in the Province of Aosta nestled on the slopes south of the city. It is traditionally held around July 27th and is linked to the Chapel of Saint Anne, the hamlet's place of worship where evening masses are celebrated during the summer.
A Hamlet Festival
Like other Aosta Valley festivals, it combines the religious moment with the community gathering: the mass in honor of Saint Anne and the meeting of the inhabitants, with entertainment organized by the Pro Loco of Charvensod. The association, founded in 2000 on the initiative of the Municipality, enlivens the main events of the town and is always open to new volunteers.

Charvensod preserves its hamlet festivals: in Félinaz, that of Saint Anne at the end of July, and in the main town, that of Saint Margaret on July 20th. These are occasions that, year after year, keep the community's bond with its roots alive, in a mountain territory just a stone's throw from the center of Aosta.

The Festa di Sant'Anna in Félinaz is expected, as per tradition, around July 27th, 2026, at the hamlet's Chapel of Saint Anne. The Pro Loco of Charvensod remains active in 2026 and continues to organize the town's events.
