Between faith and tradition
The religious heart of the festival is the solemn procession with the image of the Blessed Virgin of Perpetual Help, accompanied by liturgical celebrations and honours paid along the village streets. Over the years, the festival has also intertwined with the civil observances at the beginning of June and with moments of reflection aimed primarily at young people, such as the meetings promoted with Catholic Action of the Diocese of Fermo.

Festa della BVPS — edition 2026
From June 5th to 8th, 2026, Grottazzolina celebrates its Festa della Beata Vergine del Perpetuo Soccorso with a rich programme of music, comedy, and entertainment. The heart of the events is Piazza Umberto I, which hosts four evenings of free admission with nationally renowned artists, alongside traditional religious moments and attractions for families and young people like Grotta Fantasy.
There are also food stalls with local specialities, the festival lottery, and the fireworks display. The festival combines devotion to the Blessed Virgin of Perpetual Help with popular entertainment, confirming itself as the most anticipated event of the year for the village in the province of Fermo.

- Piazza Umberto I — Andrea Perroni with the show "Meglio dal vivo", an evening of comedy and entertainment
- Following, concert by After Eight (dance and pop)
Friday, June 6th
- Piazza Umberto I — Francesco Baccini in concert with his greatest hits and songs that have marked his long career
Saturday, June 7th
- Grotta Fantasy: comics, games, workshops, dubbing, and animation-related entertainment
- Show by Spilimbrass, a film-concert with live accompaniment to classic short films by Charlie Chaplin and Laurel and Hardy
- Concert by Raggi Fotonici with Vince Tempera, dedicated to cartoon theme songs
Sunday, June 8th
- Piazza Umberto I — Matthew Lee, a pianist and performer known for his extraordinary rock'n'roll energy
During the festival, there will also be a moment of reflection with Don Claudio Burgio, promoted by Catholic Action of the Diocese of Fermo, in addition to the religious procession, food stalls, the festival lottery, and the fireworks display.
