About Sagra di San Vito

In September, San Vito di Leguzzano celebrates its patron saint with the Sagra di San Vito, four days of festivities that liven up the town in Alto Vicentino. Between charity raffles, a fun run, concerts, shows, a food stand, and the concluding fireworks, it is the community's most cherished festival, at the foot of the Piccole Dolomiti.

The patronal festival of San Vito di Leguzzano

The Sagra di San Vito is the patronal festival of San Vito di Leguzzano, in the province of Vicenza, and it takes place in September in honour of the saint from whom the town takes its name. Organised by the Parish and the Pro Loco (local tourism association), it is the most anticipated event of the year for the community of Alto Vicentino: four days of celebrations, entertainment, and conviviality.

Four days of festivities

The programme combines different moments: a charity raffle, a non-competitive fun run through the hills, evening concerts and shows, the food stand with traditional Venetian dishes, and finally, fireworks. A complete festival, uniting religious devotion, sport, music, and good food.

Tradition and community

The Sagra di San Vito maintains the authentic spirit of Vicentine patronal festivals, where the saint's day becomes an occasion for the entire community to gather. Participating means discovering the traditions of a town in Alto Vicentino, at the foot of the Piccole Dolomiti, during the most vibrant period of early autumn.
