Valdagno's Autumn in Celebration

The Festa d'Autunno is one of the most anticipated events in the calendar of Valdagno, in the Agno Valley in the province of Vicenza. Organized by the ProValdagno Association, it enlivens the historic center for four days with the aromas and flavors of the season, in a festive atmosphere that involves families, merchants, and associations.

The Flavors of the Piazza del Gusto

The delicious heart of the event is the Piazza del Gusto by ProValdagno, featuring fritole with maresina or sardela, sweet fritters, maroni (roasted chestnuts), turbinello, "onti" (savory) sandwiches, and a Bavarian stand. The food offerings are spread across Piazza Roma, Piazza del Comune, Piazza Dante, Via G. Marzotto, and the Marzottini parking lot.

Music, Carousels, and Handicrafts

The program alternates live music, carousels for children, the "Ben fatto - piccola fiera del fare con passione" (Well made - small fair of doing with passion) artisan fair in the courtyard of Palazzo Festari, and the "Essentia Scent Fashion" exhibition in the Galleria dei Nani of the same palace.

Twinning with Bavaria

A distinctive feature of the festival is the presence of the Kolping Familie from Prien am Chiemsee, a Bavarian town twinned with Valdagno, which brings a stand dedicated to German cuisine and conviviality, sealing a bond of friendship between the two communities.
