In Sesto Campano, a municipality in the province of Isernia located on the border between Molise and Campania, the beginning of August is marked by the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The celebration takes place in the lower part of the town and consists of three days of religious festivities, with the traditional procession that brings the community together.

The feast is one of the events in the Sestolese Summer program, the rich calendar of events that the Municipality of Sesto Campano organizes every year to liven up the town and its hamlets — including Roccapipirozzi — during the summer season.
