Farinata in compagnia is a gastronomic event organized by the Pro Loco Roveretese in Rovereto di Gavi, a village within the municipality of Gavi, located in the heart of the Alto Monferrato in the province of Alessandria. L'edizione 2026 di Farinata in compagnia si è tenuta domenica 14 giugno 2026 nell'Area sagre della Pro Loco di Rovereto di Gavi, in località Pessenti. L'appuntamento, curato dalla Pro Loco Roveretese, ha riproposto il classico pranzo conviviale a base di farinata di ceci appena sfornata, servita calda nel corso della giornata.
L'evento si è svolto a pranzo, con orario dalle 12:00 alle 17:00, e ha richiesto la prenotazione obbligatoria, secondo la formula consolidata delle iniziative gastronomiche della Pro Loco nella frazione gavese.
