The Delebio Hop Festival
Delebio, a municipality in the lower Valtellina region of the province of Sondrio, experiences the last days of summer to the rhythm of the Hop Festival, the event dedicated to beer organized by the Pro Loco of Delebio in Gera locality.
The heart of the event consists of two evenings of conviviality: draft beer, live music – often rock-oriented – and a kitchen entirely managed by volunteers, with dishes served at the food stand. The event also includes collateral activities designed to engage everyone, from families to younger people: in the past, there have been yoga sessions, 4-on-4 volleyball tournaments, and face painting for children.
The Hop Festival is one of the most popular events of the Delebio summer and is promoted as part of the circuit of the Consorzio Turistico Porte di Valtellina, of which Delebio is a part along with other municipalities in the lower valley.
Hop Festival — edition 2026
For summer 2026, the Pro Loco of Delebio will again host the Hop Festival in the Gera locality, an event now a fixture on the late August calendar. The festival confirms its two-evening format, with beer, live music, and the food stand managed by volunteers.
The exact dates and musical program will be announced by the Pro Loco and the Consorzio Turistico Porte di Valtellina in the weeks preceding the event.
