The dandelion of Conco celebrates
The Dandelion Fair is held in the hamlet of Conco, in the municipality of Lusiana Conco on the Asiago Plateau, in the province of Vicenza. The fair celebrates the dandelion, the wild herb (the 'lion's tooth') which in Conco has become an identity product recognized as De.Co.
A morning of markets and culture
In Piazza San Marco, the fair offers a market of local artisanal and agri-food products with authentic local flavors, a beekeeping workshop with Glenda Valente dedicated to the world of bees and the secrets of the hive, and the photographic exhibition 'The Beauties of the Altopiano' by Gigi Abriani.
Dandelions on the plate and in books
The fair is part of a broader initiative to promote Conco's dandelion, which culminates in the spring gastronomic review. Completing the program is the presentation of a volume dedicated to the wild herb, with a recipe book and a collection of texts. A young event, designed to promote the biodiversity and products of the Altopiano.

The 2nd edition of the Dandelion Fair took place on Sunday, April 19, 2026, in Piazza San Marco, in the hamlet of Conco di Lusiana Conco, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
The fair featured a market of local artisanal and agri-food products, a beekeeping workshop with Glenda Valente dedicated to the world of bees, and the photographic exhibition 'The Beauties of the Altopiano' by Gigi Abriani. At 6:00 PM, in the 'L. Poli' Hall above the Conco library, Antonio Sarzo presented the volume 'Taraxacos, elogio di un'erba con ricettario e piccolo florilegio', dedicated to dandelions and their uses.
