Circensema: the circus comes to Pieve di Ledro

Circensema is the event that transforms Piazza Müllheim in Pieve di Ledro into an open-air stage dedicated to the circus arts. Organized by the Pro Loco of Pieve di Ledro, in the municipality of Ledro in the Province of Trento (Trentino-Alto Adige), the event sparks the imagination of both adults and children with a day of wonder, lightheartedness, and fun, just a stone's throw from the waters of Lake Ledro and the Garda Trentino area.

A circus workshop for all ages

The heart of the event is the circus workshop, designed for families: a space dedicated to creativity and participation where everyone can get involved. Through engaging outdoor challenges, participants discover the art of juggling and learn to handle balls, scarves, diabolos, and much more, in search of their own balance and the simple joy of wonder.

The circus show

In the late afternoon, the atmosphere intensifies with the circus show, featuring the Circensema group, a troupe of jugglers and acrobats active in the Trentino region, also known for their winter snow-based performances. Through displays of skill and acrobatics, the artists guide the audience on a journey of balance, rhythm, and smiles, captivating both young and old.

A free event for the whole family

Circensema offers free admission and is aimed at a wide audience: families, children, young people, adults, and seniors. Included in the rich summer calendar of events that the Pro Loco of Pieve di Ledro proposes every year, featuring music, tradition, and new attractions, it represents a chance to step out of the routine and rediscover the pleasure of wonder in one of the most charming squares in the Ledro Valley.
