Choco Italia in Tour is the travelling fair for artisan chocolate that stops in Orvieto, in the province of Terni, in the scenic Piazza del Duomo, at the foot of the famous cathedral.
Master Chocolatiers from all over Italy
The stands bring together artisan chocolate and confectionery producers from various Italian regions — including Umbria, Molise, Campania, Sicily, and Lazio — offering pralines, bars, cocoa creations, and sweet specialities. There are also workshops dedicated to the history, origins, and processing stages of cocoa, with the opportunity to create your own personalized chocolate bar.
A Celebration for Everyone
With free entry, Choco Italia in Tour is designed as an intergenerational experience with tastings, demonstrations, and entertainment. Organized by the Italia Eventi Association with the support of the Municipality of Orvieto, the event is one of the stops on a chocolate tour that visits several Italian cities, bringing a very sweet weekend to the city on the cliff.

How to Get There
Orvieto can be reached from the Orvieto exit of the A1 motorway and from the train station on the Rome-Florence line, with a funicular to the historic centre. Piazza del Duomo is in the heart of the city, reachable on foot.
