Celestial Night is the event that lights up the fifteen spa towns of Emilia-Romagna every summer, from Salsomaggiore to Riccione along the Via Emilia, with over sixty scattered initiatives. In Castel San Pietro Terme, a town in the Metropolitan City of Bologna known for over a century for its salsobromoiodic and sulfurous waters, the event becomes a true white night dedicated to water, relaxation, and music.
An Experience Between the Spa Park and the Center
For one evening, the historic spa establishment and the nearby Rufus Thomas Park open their doors to the city: stroll along the spa avenue with games and workshops for the little ones, cool off at the inflatable slides, try the evocative Spa Walk in the green park, and end the evening with outdoor concerts and DJ sets. The theme for the 2026 edition, shared by all regional spas, is "It's Party Time in the Land of Well-being!", an invitation to rediscover the pleasure of self-care in a festive atmosphere.

How to Get There
Castel San Pietro Terme is located along the Via Emilia, about 25 km from Bologna. By car: A14 motorway, Castel San Pietro Terme exit. By train: the station is on the Bologna-Rimini line, a few minutes' walk from the center and the spa park.
Admission and Reservations
Admission to the event is free. Access to the therapeutic pool and vascular paths is free but requires reservation and has limited spots: it is advisable to contact the Spas in advance.
