Ceghedaccio is much more than an evening: it is a collective ritual that each year attracts over 3,000 people to the pavilions of the Udine Fair. A "one day show" that celebrates the golden decades of music — the 70s, 80s, and 90s — played as it used to be: strictly on vinyl.
The magic of vinyl
The soul of the evening is Renato Pontoni, accompanied by Carlo P., who draws from a personal collection of over 20,000 records. From disco music to Michael Jackson, from Queen to Madonna to Donna Summer: a sonic journey that spans generations and keeps people dancing non-stop from 8 PM to 1:30 AM, "as tradition dictates".
An audience that comes from afar
Ceghedaccio is not just a Friulian event: its fame attracts enthusiasts from Veneto, Carinthia, Slovenia, and even from Milan, Olbia, and Pompeii. The audience enthusiastically embraces the theme, sporting wigs, bell-bottom pants, platform shoes, flashy collars, and oversized glasses. A nostalgic and festive dive that has become an unmissable event on the Udine calendar, organized by Udine Esposizioni with the support of the Municipality of Udine, the Municipality of Martignacco, and the Chamber of Commerce.
Ceghedaccio — edition 2026
33 years at 33 RPM
The 33rd edition of Ceghedaccio takes place on Friday, April 10, 2026, in Pavilion 6 of the Udine Fair, from 8 PM to 1:30 AM. Under the slogan "33 years at 33 RPM", Renato Pontoni and Carlo P. will get the dance floor moving with records strictly on vinyl, chosen from a collection of over 20,000 titles.
Among this year's novelties, holders of the Ceghedaccio digital Card can purchase their ticket at a reduced price online. A second summer date is also planned with the Ceghedaccio Symphony Orchestra at the Udine Castle.
