The Paduan preview of Bufala Fest, a food and wine bridge between Campania and Veneto in Prato della Valle
Bufala Fest, a food and wine event born in Campania and now in its tenth edition, chooses Padua for its preview, hosted in the monumental setting of Prato della Valle. The event aims to be a true "food and wine bridge" between the Campanian buffalo supply chain and the Venetian culinary heritage, under the theme "Vision that Unites".
The preview is divided into three thematic areas and a Village of Taste designed to experience "all forms of taste": buffalo mozzarella and products from the Campanian supply chain meet Venetian excellences, with tasting paths offering dedicated menus and gastronomic proposals.
Alongside the gastronomic part, the festival hosts an area dedicated to meetings and thematic talks with players from the food world, entrepreneurs, journalists, representatives of institutions, and academia, to reflect on the role of the buffalo supply chain as a driver of growth for Italian agri-food. The event is organized by the Cultural Association Giardino delle Idee, ZED, and Creaeventi.
