The formula is simple and charming: the ancient cellars of the historic centre are set up and opened to the public, transforming into distribution points for traditional Torella dishes.
Flavours of tradition
Along the food and wine trail, you can taste local specialities: polenta, Pezzelelle and Beans, Scattone, in a journey through the peasant flavours of the Molise Sannio region. Accompanying the tasting is a market exhibition of local products and regional crafts, amidst the most evocative alleys and views of the village.
