The formula is simple and fascinating: the ancient cellars of the historic center are set up and opened to the public, transforming into distribution points for traditional Torella dishes.

Along the food and wine route, you can taste local specialties: polenta, Pezzelelle and Beans, Scattone, in a journey through the peasant flavors of the Molise Sannio. Accompanying the tasting, a market exhibition of local products and regional crafts, amidst the most evocative alleys and views of the village.

Borgo in Cantina returns to Torella del Sannio on August 13, 2026. The organization is handled by Pro Loco "Tre Torri", which has been animating this summer event in the heart of inland Molise for years.
