Birrette a Palazzo – Festival of Craft Breweries is the event dedicated to quality beer that brings craft microbreweries to the evocative Ducal Palace of Guastalla and its park, in the heart of the Bassa reggiana. The event, with free admission, is promoted by Habitat ETS, an association composed entirely of young people under 35 active in the province of Reggio Emilia, known for designing initiatives that combine social interaction with the enhancement of monumental and historically significant architectural contexts.

Three Souls in a Single Festival

The formula of Birrette a Palazzo rests on three pillars that are maintained throughout the festival:

• A rigorous selection of craft microbreweries, with carefully curated pours and diverse styles to discover at the bar;
• An active food area, with gastronomic offerings designed to accompany tastings, also available for lunch in the park;

A Palace Returned to the City

The stated goal of the initiative is to return one of the most significant places of local historical heritage to the citizens, in a dynamic and contemporary way.
