ASICS La Thuile Trail

Trail running on the wild side of Mont Blanc

The ASICS La Thuile Trail is one of the most fascinating mountain races in the Alps, set in La Thuile, in the Aosta Valley, on the wildest and least-visited side of Mont Blanc. The routes wind through alpine pastures, valleys, and high altitudes, crossing the area of the Rutor Glacier and passing by the legendary Rifugio Deffeyes, offering panoramas that alone are worth the effort of the race.

Four distances for every runner

The event offers four routes designed for every level of preparation:

• Short Trail (new) - 10 km with 650 m of elevation gain, an intense race through spectacular trails
• Trail - 25 km with 1,500 m of elevation gain, "the original" that started the event
• Marathon - 43 km with 2,500 m of elevation gain
• Ultra - 70 km with 4,000 m of elevation gain, for the most experienced trail runners

An event with a soul

La Thuile Trail is not just about sport: the event is a Memorial dedicated to Edo Camardella and is linked to the official charity DEBRA Family, giving the race a solidarity value that goes beyond competition. The organization relies each year on the valuable support of numerous volunteers.

With the participation of hundreds of athletes from different nations, the ASICS La Thuile Trail has established itself as an event of international appeal for trail running, capable of promoting the Municipality of La Thuile and the entire Aosta Valley as a destination of excellence for mountain running.
