The ASC Aldein Summer Festival

The ASC Aldein Fest und Tanz is a dance festival held every summer by the ASC Aldein (Allgemeiner Sportclub Aldein), the local sports association that brings together athletes, families, and enthusiasts in the small municipality of Aldino/Aldein, in the Bassa Atesina (Unterland) region of the Bolzano province, Trentino-Alto Adige. It is one of those quintessential events that define summer in South Tyrolean mountain villages: a festive evening where the whole community gathers for music, good food, and dancing.

Aldino and the Regglberg Plateau

Aldino sits at an altitude of approximately 1,229 meters on the Regglberg plateau, a landscape defined by meadows, mixed forests, and scattered farmsteads. The village is famous for the nearby Bletterbach Gorge, a canyon roughly 400 meters deep that is part of the GEOPARC Bletterbach, a site of immense geological value nestled within the Dolomites.
