Discovering the Flavours of Bagolino
Ancient Flavours and Traditions is an experience designed to discover the gastronomic and cultural heritage of Bagolino, a village in the Valle Sabbia in the province of Brescia. The day intertwines contact with nature, craftsmanship, and traditional flavours.
Excursion, Workshops, and Bagoss
The programme includes a guided excursion in the surroundings of the village, craft workshops dedicated to traditional trades, and above all, the tasting of Bagoss cheese, the symbolic dairy product of Bagolino: a hard cheese, produced using ancient methods and a protagonist of the local gastronomic identity.
A Village of Traditions
The initiative, promoted by the Municipality and the territorial enhancement portal vallesabbia.info, showcases a different side of Bagolino from its famous historical carnival: that of pastures, flavours, and artisan traditions. An opportunity to experience the Valle Sabbia village in a slow and authentic way, in the province of Brescia.
