The Musikkapelle Feldthurns

The Feldthurns brass band has deep roots in a centuries-old tradition: the first records of wind ensembles linked to local religious celebrations date back to the 17th century, and the modern formation boasts over two centuries of history. Today, the Musikkapelle has about 65 active musicians and performs in about fifteen events a year, ranging from the spring concert at the Castaneum to summer concerts in the various hamlets. The evening concert in Snodres is part of this summer calendar that takes the band out of the main village and into the farms and hamlets of the municipality.
