The YogaMonterosa Festival is a travelling event dedicated to wellness and connection with nature, which every summer visits various municipalities in the Val d'Ayas, at the foot of Monte Rosa. Among its stops is Challand-Saint-Victor (Province of Aosta), a small town known for the Lake Villa Nature Reserve.
A Day of Outdoor Practices
The stage offers a day of free activities: yoga, meditation, qigong, tai chi, forest bathing, and nature trekking. The setting of Lake Villa and the surrounding woods provides an ideal backdrop for relaxation and reconnection with the alpine environment.
2026 Theme: Satya, the Value of Truth
The 2026 edition, the eleventh, revolves around the theme Satya, a Sanskrit term evoking truth and authenticity. A common thread that runs through all stages of the festival, also supported by moments of meeting and reflection.
A Dispersed and Sustainable Festival
Organized by the association The Hub Ayas, YogaMonterosa annually celebrates diverse locations and communities in the Val d'Ayas. In Challand-Saint-Victor, the day of practices also becomes an opportunity to discover the Lake Villa Reserve through the lens of wellness and slow tourism.

The Challand-Saint-Victor stage of the YogaMonterosa Festival 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, July 25th. The eleventh edition, themed Satya - the value of truth, is organized by the association The Hub Ayas.

Challand-Saint-Victor is reached from the Verrès motorway exit (A5), heading up the Val d'Ayas. Lake Villa is accessible via a short and pleasant walk.
