The Villagers' Festival is the big summer celebration of Stoccareddo, a hamlet of the Municipality of Gallio on the Seven Municipalities Plateau, in the province of Vicenza. The event spans several weeks, from July to August, under the town's large Palatenda (covered arena), and has reached over thirty editions, a testament to its strong roots in the community.

Stoccareddo, the Land of the Baù
Among the most characteristic events is the Baù Gathering: Stoccareddo is indeed known as the "land of the Baù" because almost all its inhabitants have shared the same surname, Baù, for centuries. The gathering brings together many people who share this surname, in a curious and identity-affirming event that tells the unique story of this alpine community. Organized by Polisportiva Stoccareddo 2000, the Villagers' Festival is one of the most beloved summer festivals on the Seven Municipalities Plateau.

For 2026, the Villagers' Festival will once again animate Stoccareddo di Gallio between July and August, with a calendar of events spread over several weeks under the Palatenda. How to get there
Stoccareddo is a hamlet of Gallio, on the Seven Municipalities Plateau, in the province of Vicenza. By car from Bassano del Grappa, head up towards Asiago and Gallio. The nearest train station is Bassano del Grappa, from which you can continue by car or public bus.
Admission
Access to the evenings and events under the Palatenda is generally free. The gastronomic stand is paid.
