The Vasto Wellness Festival

The "Vibra in Armonia" Wellness Festival is a summer event dedicated to holistic disciplines and psychophysical well-being, held in the charming Villa Comunale of Vasto, the city's large park overlooking the Adriatic coast along Viale della Rimembranza. Also known by its historic name "Wellness under the Stars," the event has become a staple of Vasto's summer, reaching its ninth edition in 2026.

A journey for body, mind, and spirit

Every evening, from late afternoon until midnight, the park comes alive with wellness practitioners from the local area and across the country, guiding visitors through techniques for physical and psychological well-being. The program features diverse practices, designed for both experts and those approaching this world for the first time:

• Yoga and meditation: collective sessions, Kundalini yoga, guided meditations, and mindfulness moments;
• Sounds and vibrations: sound baths, Tibetan singing bowls, and sound concerts designed for deep relaxation;
• Treatments and consultations: Reiki, crystal therapy, massages, reflexology, and energy rebalancing paths;
• Movement and dance: ecstatic dance, biodanza, and body expression workshops;
• Seminars and readings: meetings on astrology, personal growth, spiritual disciplines, and poetry readings.

An event in the greenery of Vasto

The festival is held at the Villa Comunale, one of the most beloved spots for Vasto residents, extending south of the historic center and offering vast green spaces with sea views. In case of bad weather, activities are moved to the Mercato di Santa Chiara. Admission is free, and the event is organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Vasto, which includes it in the city's rich summer calendar.

The town of Vasto, in the province of Chieti, is one of the most important tourist destinations on the Adriatic coast of Abruzzo and a landmark of the Costa dei Trabocchi. A festival dedicated to wellness, immersed in nature and just steps from the sea, fits perfectly into the slow and regenerating atmosphere of the Abruzzo summer, combining self-care with the beauty of the landscape.
