Beer, live music, and street food under the stars of the Tuscia region
This edition has not been confirmed by the organiser to date. We recommend checking before going.
In the height of summer, the Giacomo Matteotti Municipal Garden in Vallerano transforms into a large open-air space dedicated to beer, music, and great street food. The Vallerano Beer Festival is one of the most anticipated summer events in this Cimini Mountains village: three evenings where beer mugs, food trucks, and live concerts draw families, young people, and visitors from across the Viterbo Tuscia.
The festival has a unique history: after several editions in the past, the event was put on hold for eight years before returning in style in July 2024, thanks to the initiative of the San Vittore Martire Religious Association, the historic committee that also manages the Saint Victor Festival in late August and the Porchetta Festival in Vallerano. The comeback was such a success that the event was confirmed for the following year, with the 2025 edition taking place from July 4th to 6th.
The heart of the festival is, of course, the beer: each edition offers a variety of draft beers every night, to be enjoyed at the tables set up in the municipal garden. Accompanying them is a selection of food trucks and gastronomic stands for every palate:
During the festival nights, there is also a craft market with exhibitors from various regions, adding a touch of color to the stroll between the stands.
Every evening is animated by free-entry concerts. Over the years, the municipal garden stage has hosted tribute bands and party groups: from the M.A.K.K.A. Cartoon Band playing rock versions of cartoon theme songs to the Jova Party Band dedicated to Jovanotti, from Cold&Play (a Coldplay tribute) to evenings with Stefano Rapiti featuring karaoke and live music, and concerts by the Trio d'Autore, culminating in the grand finale of the "Italian Night" dedicated to Italian songs.
The festival is also an opportunity to discover Vallerano, a medieval village in the province of Viterbo nestled on the slopes of the Cimini Mountains, in the heart of the Tuscia. The Municipality of Vallerano, in the Lazio region, preserves a compact historic center filled with alleys, churches, and panoramic views, along with a calendar of popular festivals that mark the entire summer. The Beer Festival is its youngest and most convivial soul: a simple and genuine way to experience the village on July nights.
At the moment, there are no official dates for the 2026 edition of the Vallerano Beer Festival. The event, which returned in 2024 after an eight-year hiatus and was confirmed in 2025 from July 4th to 6th, is organized by the San Vittore Martire Religious Association at the Giacomo Matteotti Municipal Garden. Any updates on dates and the program will be published on the website www.festasanvittore.com and on the social media pages "bettalasanvittorevallerano".
Vallerano is located in the province of Viterbo, in northern Lazio. By car: take the A1 motorway, exit at Orte, then follow the highway towards Viterbo and take the exit for the Cimini Mountains villages, following signs for Vallerano. The Giacomo Matteotti Municipal Garden is right next to the center, in Piazzale Armando Diaz.
Admission is free, including evening concerts. The stands open in the late afternoon (around 5:00 PM) and dinner service generally begins at 8:30 PM; concerts start around 9:00 PM.
A camper area is available near the festival. For information and reservations: +39 333 8737466 (also WhatsApp), Facebook and Instagram pages "bettalasanvittorevallerano", and the website www.festasanvittore.com.
