Born as a great grassroots sports festival, the tournament takes place over four days spread across two weekends in May and transforms the municipal sports center into a meeting point for hundreds of children, families, and fans.

The event is organized by A.S.D. Atletico SPM, the club that brings together the football movements of San Cesario sul Panaro, Piumazzo, and Manzolino, under the direction of Antonino Graziano. On the fields of the sports center, about 120 youth teams from around fifty sports clubs in the area and beyond gather. The protagonists are the young athletes born between 2013 and 2019, who compete in enthusiastic matches in front of a large audience: each day attracts about 1,500 people, including chaperones, parents, fans, and curious onlookers.

Trofeo SPM 2026 — The Second Edition
The second edition of the Trofeo SPM animated the municipal sports center of San Cesario sul Panaro for four days, spread over two weekends: Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, then Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31, 2026. Organized by Antonino Graziano and the Atletico SPM club, the tournament brought together about 120 youth teams belonging to about fifty sports clubs, with young athletes born between 2013 and 2019.
The four days saw an average attendance of about 1,500 people per day, including chaperones, parents, fans, and enthusiasts, confirming the Trofeo SPM as one of the great youth football festivals in the Modena area. The edition also reaffirmed its role as a moment of remembrance, in memory of Fabrizio "Bibo" Zoboli.
