The Celestial Night is the great white night of thermal wellness in Emilia-Romagna: a widespread festival that, every year at the end of June, colors the region's spa towns blue. Promoted by APT Servizi Emilia-Romagna with the support of the Region, the event involves over fifteen spa towns and dozens of establishments between the Apennines and the Riviera, with a calendar exceeding sixty events. In Salsomaggiore Terme and the hamlet of Tabiano, in the province of Parma, the Celestial Night is one of the most anticipated events of the summer.

Salsomaggiore and Tabiano, the land of well-being

Salsomaggiore Terme owes its fame to its precious salsobromoiodine waters, among the most concentrated in Europe, used since the 19th century and celebrated by the splendid Liberty and Art Deco architecture of its Berzieri Spas. During the Celestial Night, the thermal establishments of Salsomaggiore and Tabiano offer special evening openings, dedicated wellness paths, and treatments designed for the occasion, allowing you to immerse yourself in the pools and curative vapors even after sunset.

Music, shows, and sports in the square

In addition to wellness, the Celestial Night in Salsomaggiore is above all a street festival: the historic centers are transformed into open-air stages with concerts, shows, parades, dinners under the stars, and sports events. Piazza Libertà, the pulsating heart of the city, hosts the evening events, while Tabiano completes the program with its TABar Festival, combining street food and DJ sets. The event has predominantly free admission, except for events specifically marked as ticketed.

Created to enhance the thermal excellence of Emilia-Romagna, the Celestial Night has become a symbol of the regional summer and an opportunity to discover the cultural and landscape heritage of the Municipality of Salsomaggiore Terme and the province of Parma.
