The Bell Towers Race

A Race for the Whole City

The Bell Towers Race is now a heritage event for Vimercate, a municipality in the province of Monza and Brianza. It is a non-competitive running event open to experienced runners, walkers, and families, with routes of various lengths winding through the bell towers, paths, and historical sites of the city and its surroundings. In recent years, the event has attracted around 5,000 participants, confirming itself as one of the most popular popular races in Brianza.

Sport, History, and Sustainability

Organized by the social promotion association MADE Sport with the support of Haka Sport Agency and in collaboration with the association Plastic Free, the race combines sporting activity with a concrete focus on the environment: along the routes, participants contribute to cleaning the paths they cross through plogging. The event village is set up in the courtyard of the recently restored Villa Sottocasa, which serves as the backdrop for starts and finishes.

Routes for Everyone

The event offers multiple routes, from short walks to more challenging distances, as well as the fun "Stroller Race" dedicated to the youngest. An inclusive format that puts the city and its community at the center.
