TED Ideas arrive in Bellano
TEDxBellano is the independent event, organized under license from TED, that brings a day dedicated to ideas worth spreading to Bellano, on Lake Como. The format is the famous TED talk: short and intense presentations by speakers from different fields, from science to art, from business to society.
A unique stage: the Orrido
What makes TEDxBellano special is its location: the Orrido di Bellano, the spectacular natural gorge carved over centuries by the Pioverna stream. Holding talks within this natural setting, suspended between rock and water, amplifies the experience and creates a suggestive dialogue between the edition's theme and the landscape.

The event is part of Bellano's rich cultural program, in the province of Lecco, helping to promote the village and its natural and artistic heritage beyond local borders. An event that combines dissemination, reflection, and territorial enhancement.

TEDxBellano — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of TEDxBellano has the theme ABYSS and takes place on July 3, 2026, in the Orrido di Bellano. The theme invites us to explore what escapes us and what remains hidden, starting from the metaphor of being on the edge of an abyss, where imagination and important questions begin.
