Pianomaster Festival

A piano festival with a long tradition

The Pianomaster Festival is the historic classical music series in Gravedona ed Uniti, on the Upper Lake Como, in the province of Como. For over thirty years, it has invited performers from the international concert scene to perform in the sumptuous hall of Palazzo Gallio, one of the most important historic buildings on Lake Como, whose frescoed rooms offer a setting of rare charm.

Weekly concerts between September and October

The series features seven events held weekly between September and mid-October. The program ranges across different repertoires and ensembles: piano recitals, violin and piano duos, string ensembles, flute and guitar duos, and chamber music. It is a proposal that showcases both big names and emerging talents, with artistic direction focused on quality.

Music and atmosphere on Lake Como

Each concert often concludes with an aperitif overlooking the lake, transforming the evening into an experience that combines listening, conviviality, and scenic beauty. The combination of classical music, the elegance of Palazzo Gallio, and the setting of the Upper Lake makes Pianomaster a unique event in the cultural landscape of the Lario region.

A local project

The festival is organized by the Pro Loco Gravedona in collaboration with the Municipality of Gravedona ed Uniti and the Mountain Community of Valli del Lario e del Ceresio. For Gravedona ed Uniti and the province of Como, it represents a cultural hub that has brought great music to the autumn months for decades, contributing to the de-seasonalization of the tourist offer on the Upper Lake.
