A summer series in the heart of the Mòcheni Valley

Summer in Fierozzo is the cycle of summer events that the Municipality of Fierozzo, in collaboration with the Pro Loco, hosts every year between July and August to enliven the evenings in this small mountain village. The events take place in Fierozzo San Felice, in the Town Hall Square, and are designed for families and children, featuring entertainment, live music, games, and social gatherings for the local community and tourists vacationing in the valley.

Fierozzo (Vlarötz in the Mòcheno language) is a municipality in the Autonomous Province of Trento, in Trentino-Alto Adige, nestled between 1,000 and 1,500 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Mòcheni Valley, carved by the Fèrsina stream. The village is divided into the two hamlets of San Felice (Inner Fierozzo, Innervlarötz) and San Francesco (Outer Fierozzo, Ausservlarötz), dominated by the peaks of Fravòrt and Gronlàit, which exceed 2,000 meters.

The Mòcheni Valley is known for being one of the most fascinating Germanic linguistic islands in Italy: here, part of the population still speaks Mòcheno, a language of Bavarian origin preserved for centuries. Attending Summer in Fierozzo also means connecting with this unique cultural identity, set against a natural backdrop of meadows, forests, and mountain trails.
